The start time for class is
9 AM...SHARP! Please allow enough time for arriving, check-in and set up so that we can
start our day together ON TIME and organized!
For the class you will need
Your massage table
1 set of sheets
1 face cradle cover
Massage Blanket
Unscented lotion or oil
**If you have/use a holster this will help you greatly, but isn't going to ruin your day if you don't have one.
Wear comfortable stretchy clothing
Snacks, lunch and water bottle are also a good idea.
I know I shouldn't have to remind everyone of this...
Remember to drink plenty of water starting 2 days prior to this class!
Most people do better refraining from alcohol, dehydrating drinks, excess caffeine
while making sure to eat small, frequent, healthy meals 2 days prior to this class.
It is a lot of great work that we all need to receive and learn, but
it's no fun if we feel crummy afterwards.
The water BEFORE treatment should diminish any risk of this.
Please have your fingernails cut and filed extremely well BEFORE class.
Please don't skip this step in preparing for class.
