Your massage table
1 set of sheets (at least 1 needs to be a top sheet -no elastic)
Table Blanket
Snacks, lunch and water bottle are also a good idea.

Please, please, PLEASE! It is VERY Important to have clean, fresh showered skin for this class!
DO NOT USE lotions, powder, perfumes or oils OF ANY KIND the morning of this class.
Deodorant is OK and appreciated (=
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to get in and out of.
NO jeans!
Socks or slippers to keep feet warm.
ALL PROPER DRAPING WILL BE ADHERED TO
Have your fingernails cut and filed extremely well BEFORE class.
